Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using AI Music Studio (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time as described in the Changes to Terms section below. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the information you provide when registering, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Description of Service

AI Music Studio lets you generate original music from a prompt, edit and extend tracks, separate stems where supported, and export your results. Available features depend on the capabilities of the underlying music provider and may change over time.

Some features may be offered in a limited or preview form. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, format or model will remain available.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Credit packs are one-time purchases. All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout, and applicable taxes may be added.

Credits are a consumable, non-transferable balance with no cash value. Generating, editing, extending, separating stems, remixing, regenerating and stem-bundle exports each draw down your credit balance according to the published rates. Credits are never unlimited.

Amounts shown in the interface before you confirm an action are estimates. The authoritative deduction is applied by the server once a task completes.

If a task ends in a failed or cancelled state, the credits reserved for that task are returned to your balance automatically. Refunds are applied by the server and are issued once per task.

• Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire.
• Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

5. User Content & Ownership

You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics and other text you submit. You keep the rights you already hold in your own inputs. As between you and AI Music Studio, you remain responsible for ensuring that anything you provide does not infringe the rights of others.

You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs, operate the Service and produce your outputs.

6. Uploaded Audio & Rights

You must own or have the rights to any audio you upload, including reference audio. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use the audio you provide, and you must not upload audio you are not permitted to use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually exploitative.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

8. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated output is produced automatically and may resemble output generated for other users, because models can respond similarly to similar inputs. We do not warrant that any output is unique or free of third-party claims.

You are responsible for reviewing output before you use or distribute it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, brand and documentation, is owned by AI Music Studio and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.

Your use of generated output is subject to your plan and the Licensing terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that output will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Music Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends, while sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Music Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This is a template placeholder and will be updated with the specific governing jurisdiction during legal review.
